This week’s iheartfaces photo challenge theme is “I Heart Desserts.” I’ve been mostly trying to stay away from desserts lately, so the last thing I actually baked was Evie’s birthday cupcakes. She has a thing for Elmo right now, so we made these simple cupcakes for her to share with her friends at day care.

Dee, is that butter cream icing?? I thought you bought those, they look fantastic! I also had to enter this with my recent food porn of the home made cake donuts LOL- I think I like taking photos of my food as much as I love eating it!

Jen – Nope, no buttercream. I used the “whipped” cream cheese flavor canned icing and added food coloring. I was in a rush to get them done for day care.

Kristi – Yes, it is a plugin called Twitterlink Comments. There are several others available but a couple I tried messed up my template.
